Food supplements are concentrated sources of nutrients (i.e. mineral and vitamins) or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect that are marketed in “dose” form (e.g. pills, tablets, capsules, liquids in measured doses). A wide range of nutrients and other ingredients might be present in food supplements, including, but not limited to, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, fiber and various plants and herbal extracts. They are not medicinal products and as such cannot exert a pharmacological, immunological or metabolic action. Therefore, their use is not intended to treat or prevent diseases in humans or to modify physiological functions. For their legal disposal, the notification of the circulation of food supplements is required according to EU Directive 46/2002/ EC Aroma Drops supports companies that produce and market nutritional supplements and undertakes -The preparation of all necessary documents -The notification of the circulation -Support with laboratory tests to ensure both quality and safety

Stability and compatibility tests
The cosmetic product stability and compatibility test is required by EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009. It is mentioned in part A of annex I of the regulation and is therefore a part of the cosmetic product safety information. The primary objective of conducting stability testing is to indicate the relative stability level of a product under the various conditions that it can be subjected to from the moment it is manufactured until the end of its validity. The purpose of the test is to evaluate whether the product will meet the prescribed physical, safety and aesthetics over a period of time during handling, transport and storage under appropriate conditions. Based on the stability test results, we also assign the shelf life or the period after opening to the product.
Marketing claims on the packaging, product labeling, text of packaging /website/leaflets, blogs, social media
Cosmetic claims are an important aspect of marketing beauty products to consumers, to help promote the effectiveness and benefits that they offer. However, there is an increasing discussion on claims, as regulators and consumers look to question and challenge claims that appear misleading or are unlikely to be properly substantiated. Every claim that appears on the cosmetic product label, on the website where the cosmetic product is presented, in TV commercials etc. must be substantiated unless it’s a clear exaggeration or it’s obvious for the type of the cosmetic product. It is a responsible person’s task to ensure that all of the claims made regarding the product are substantiated. We can help you to use the correct claims for your cosmetic products.
